Plaza Real

Plaza Real is one of the places to visit when you are in Barcelona. The reasons for this, abound and one of them is its location, just meters from the left end of the Rambla.

This rectangular square serves as a meeting place and rest for many people, due to its central location and popularity.

In the center of this square, there is a fountain called “Tres Gracias”, where many people take a break after a good day hike or take something to warm the body prior to a good party at one of the clubs and bars around.

The terraces that surround the square are perfect for a dinner in the style of traditional tourism, it is best to use it as a meeting place and an excuse to meet people, especially at night.

Its decoration consists of palm trees which give a true tropical air to the place, there are few street lamps designed by the Catalan architect Antonio Gaudí.

Being here is to feel in the heart of the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona, an essential and multicultural feel.
